From my site, www.lookgreat-loseweight-savemoney.com, skin brushing is a quick, natural way to take care of your skin. Skin brushing helps improve the skin by exfoliating dead skin cells and helps improve immunity by cleaning toxins out of your body. View the referring page here www.lookgreat-loseweight-savemoney.com
I am not sure sweetheart. I will wait and see if someone from Canada chimes in with an answer for you.
they say in some websites after you dry brush to turn your shower water on really cold for a few seconds then as hot as you can tolerate for a few seconds and then back to really cold again before you get out of the shower and it really invigorates you and leaves you feeling really tingly after the dry brushing, i always moisturize after also! i’m only 20 but hopefully this will pay off when i’m older… =]
will this irritate my skin? i have some what sensitive skin and i dont wont to turn my skin all red if a have to go someplace after wards haha. im just not sure how soft the brush is i guess
This video is great, very useful and simple. Thank you for uploading it!
Very helpful, thanks!!
Thank you! XO Carolyn
The brushes are very soft sweetheart. I would ‘test’ an inconspicuous part of your body first though, just to be cautious. Best of luck! Carolyn
Great tips MikeCK! You are so very right about everything you said! I am ‘almost’ a vegetarian now and hardly ever eat red meat anymore. Women however, do need red meat, especially during their periods. The key is not to overcook it. Overcooked red meat can sit in the intestines for years! Best wishes, Carolyn
Cool beans~ You’re so very welcome! Carolyn
Great advice~ I have used a daily moisturizer on my entire body since I was in my 20′s. You are so very wise to do so! XO Carolyn
Thank you! Very informative and easy!
I have my Tampico brush today and I used your video to get pointers. I am hoping to scrub away some sludge and cellulite and we’ll see what else happens. They charge $40-$60 for this service at the spa – so for $19 I can do it myself. Thanks so much!
I had no clue they offered this service in spa’s? I never get to go to spas, so I’m not surprised I didn’t know. lol That’s highway robbery in my book! You’re right! Its so easy to do for yourself. I wouldn’t want anyone else brushing the dead skin cells off my body anyway, would you? Seems a bit weird to think about really. Stay sweet! XO Carolyn
Thanks! Looks great, I’ll try it tonight!
good vid.
show abhyanga next.

just try this and it felt so good. can’t wait to see my results.
i got the same shirt except a little shorter

can you dry brush your face??
@salony75 No – it is too sensitive for dry brushing
@princessanddollbaby You will probably find that after dry brushing, you won’t need to moisturize. The exfoliation will keep it soft.
I saw another video that said you should brush around your breasts in an upside down J. Start by your ribcage and go up towards your arm pit, then around your breast to the center of your chest. This is to ensure that you are brushing towards your heart.
@JewelEGirl I got my instructions out of my Traditional Chines Medicine book. (I call it my TCM bible…) According to TCM, skin brushing is meant to stimulate lymph flow. The lymph nodes nearest your heart/breast, are under your arm pits. I don’t think I’d want to push lymph towards my heart. Make sense? XO Carolyn
Thanks for your wonderful helpful videos! You are very inspirational! /i was wondering, is skin brushing ok for dry skin? Or will it sag dry skin? I have dry skin and am afraid to try something that;s not “wet” (LOL), and without moisturizers? Any idea if this will still be good for dry skin? i’d love to try it, but am a little afraid:)
@romanticqueen I tried to send you a message but your channel was not available? I answered your antioxidant question on my profile page instead. K? Skin brushing is great for dry skin, as long as its not excessively dry. It helps it a lot. You need to be sure however, to use a boars hair brush (soft) and on dry skin, you’d be gentler and not as aggressive. It will actually improve dry skin! XO Carolyn
