Some people claim that herbal remedies such as grapefruit seed extract, aloe vera plant, and tea tree oil can make the inflammation and redness disappear. The best part is that you don’t have to worry about any side effects. What’s more, with the anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, they can eliminate acne.

Warm tea bag is a home remedy that many people use to reduce acne redness. Just leave the residue for a few minutes after you remove the tea bag. When you wash your face, the redness should become lighter.

Acne redness if not treated should vanish after some time but if it doesn’t, then it will be everlasting. Scarring is the reason for this permanency. What you can do is to visit your skin specialist for help.
