We have a number of fluids in our body. These fluids make up for a majority of mass of the body. These fluids perform different functions. However the basic functions of many of these fluids are similar, if not the same. These fluids take different forms in the body. The fluids can take the form of blood, saliva, digestive juices etc. these are just some known forms of fluids which are also known in the common mans lingo. There are however a lot many other forms of fluids which are inside the body and are often outside the knowledge of a person who has little or no knowledge of the internals of the human body. There are a number of ways that these fluids are created in the body. Accordingly there are a number of ways that these fluids can be taken out of the body too. We lose this part of our body mass on a daily basis and a fresh mass is created everyday. This body mass often is lost through the most basic activities too. In fact, I is these basic activities, which lead to the loss of the greatest amount of fluids from the body. These fluids also are often lost through strenuous and rigorous activities. However, all loss of fluids from the body is not known as dehydration. Only a very chronic loss from the body, of the fluid, leads to a situation of dehydration.

Of all the parts of the body which are exposed to light, sun and the atmosphere, the most prone to damage through dehydration are skin and hair. Skin is more prone, as there are some parts of the skin, like the on the face, which is never covered and has to go through the rigorous ordeal of suffering because of light, air and the atmosphere on a daily basis. It is this part of the body which has the lesser amount of attention too. We often think that the skin will adjust itself to the atmosphere and will heal itself. However this is not true. The skin needs the best hydrating skincare possible. We have to provide the best hydrating skincare to the skin in order to make sure that we have the best possible skin for life. Often the best hydrating skincare is possible only if we take due care to provide only the best to the skin. There are a number of creams, lotions etc. providing the best hydrating skincare possible to the skin. It would be wise to choose one of them at the earliest and start giving the skin the best hydrating skincare possible.
