To understand the true acne cause and the cure, it is first very important to eliminate a few of the Myths that in truth are not the real problem at all.
1. Myth: People who have acne don’t clean their bodies well enough. OF COURSE you know this is not true. Many of the worst acne cause sufferers are actually overly obsessive when it comes to cleanliness.
