Another part of keeping your skin clean is to nourish it from the inside out.Keeping your skin hydrated and healthy is essential, so eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water.To keep your skin looking its best, eat foods that are high in anti-oxidants and omega-3 fatty acids.Keeping your skin hydrated is an important step in getting rid of acne and having clear skin.
